Compared to the previous one I had for many years, it had started creaking and I was afraid it would break. It looks like it is behind on the blue sofa. This one is very sturdy, I weigh 114 kilos, and it is much better in every way. It is not gym-level, but it suits me because I was used to it. It is sturdy and has many exercises you can do. I also have a pulley of the same style примерно. Also, my bar is very long and you can’t grip it from the inside where the distance is small and it hits the triceps; you grip it from the outside of the uprights, no workaround needed

Good construction, but at a height of 1.85m I have difficulty both with the bench pec deck and with the leg exercise attachments.

I am not disappointed, however, as the backrest has several adjustments, although loading the plates requires attention (the gap between the bases is quite narrow, making it easy for the whole structure to tip over, but there are solutions—placing weight on the bases).

Other than that, the instructions are a bit difficult as they describe the whole process in just 4 steps, while there are quite a few parts. However, I would say that assembly is generally easy, and all the necessary tools are included.

I feel a bit like I got tricked with this bench.

    Positives:
    - Sturdy
    - You can do many exercises

    Negatives:
    - The inner width for the bar is very small. Specifically, it is 58 centimeters, which means that the movement puts more emphasis on the triceps and less on the chest. Also, because it is so narrow, I am afraid that the bar will pinch my skin when I lower it onto the uprights. I am 1.70 meters tall.
    - Assembly took me about 4 hours. Do not tighten any screw until you have assembled the whole thing. You will save about an hour from mistakes.

If you can find it set up somewhere before you buy it, it is better to try it first because using the bar might be tricky for you.

    ---
    UPDATE
With a workaround, I increased the width so I can use it (see attached photo). Obviously, this is not recommended but at least it won't go to waste.

As for the materials used, they are worthy of the price; however, it should be clarified that the machine is useful for people who are at most 1.80... also, regarding the exercise for quadriceps stretches, the feet touch the floor, it should be taller. The instructions are really very poor, completely cumbersome, and I noticed a lack of some screws, so I had to buy some to complete it. Overall, it is for very beginner level and simply for strengthening at home.
