The new series of educational books for the Biology course of 3rd Lyceum – Orientation Group of Scientific Studies and Health Studies includes Volume I and Volume II and has been written according to the new curriculum for 2023-2024.

Volume I includes:

• From Volume A of the school book, the sections: Proteins: Common, complex, and fragile (section 1.2), Nucleus, Endoplasmic reticulum, Chloroplasts, and Mitochondria: The energy converters of the cells (section 2.3), Enzymes – Biological Catalysts (section 3.2), Life cycle of the cell (section 4.1) and Cellular division (section 4.3).
• From Volume B of the school book, the chapters: 1. The genetic material, 2. Replication, expression, and regulation of genetic information, 4. Recombinant DNA technology.
