Players take turns rolling both dice. After each roll, a player performs the action corresponding to the body part that the other player rolled. The game continues until someone rolls a winning die.

After the winner gives their prize from the winning die to their lover, they roll the silver die. They can then make up to two rolls to choose their prize for the winning sexual position.
