Professional, countertop device with high-quality construction and great durability for continuous use. Powerful and easy to use, it allows you to fry quickly and consistently any product. Ideal even for the most demanding kitchens.

Made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 430).

FEATURES:

  • Integrated stainless steel oil tank.
  • ¾ faucet, of Italian origin, for easy oil drainage.
  • Frying basket with special heat-resistant handle for safe use during cooking.
  • Thermostat that adjusts the temperature from 50-200C.
  • Safety thermostat at 240C that cuts off the device in case of overheating to prevent accidents.
  • Heat indicator light that turns off once the oil reaches the desired temperature.
  • Rotary switch from 0-1 25Aber.
  • 5.5Kw power relay for long lifespan of the electrical components.
  • Stainless steel lid to cover the oil tank when the device is not in use.

ADDITIONAL:

The electrical box of the fryer is detachable to facilitate cleaning and servicing of the device.
