    Unacceptable! Words cannot describe it but let me try. It does not resemble balsamic at all (at least not the usual ones we find in supermarkets...) but rather reminds me of (spoiled?) antibiotics? Air freshener? The most accurate thing I can say is that it does not taste like anything edible.
