After the "canchado" (a coarse grinding process of the dry yerba), the yerba mate matures in jute bags for 12 months, attaining its characteristic flavor, aroma, and color.

Rosamonte Yerba Mate has a strong, very aromatic, and long-lasting flavor. It is recommended for the experienced mate drinker!

It is strong and bitter, with a very distinctive taste similar to that of green tea.
