I decided to switch from hazelnut to caramel just for a try. And for 4 days I couldn't sleep at night. Finally, as soon as I stopped, everything was fine. And in taste, it gives you something like bitterness and hits your nerves. So only hazelnut from now on.

Terrible, I bought it as a replacement for the hazelnut one and this one has also been ruined compared to previous ones, so I threw it away... It's just undrinkable

It is one of the worst coffees I have ever tasted. I am a lover of filter coffee (commonly known as a French press). This particular coffee, while I adore Jacobs Kronung (exquisite), is the worst thing the company has produced. I agree with a lady who says it must have been better in the past. It is truly terrible. It tastes burnt, with no hint of caramel, no matter how many ways and measurements I have tried to make it better. What a shame.

Awful!! It's like drinking ashes! So bad that I was looking at the product to see if I accidentally bought something defective.. but no, unfortunately that's how it is. I was reading so many positive comments about Jacobs, but it's completely disappointing!

Once it was the best caramel filter. Something has changed in the past 1-2 months and the quality has dropped. Both in aroma and taste. What a shame.
