I have it for 9 years..with daily amateur use and cable change once. Light comfortable position on the buttons. Today it emitted flames as I have experienced in the past with a hairdryer I will not bother to fix it but 90% I will buy the same. The strange thing is that their price never drops after so many years.

Although it has very satisfactory capabilities, what's the use if its own heat burns and melts the nozzle and mouthpiece of the hairdryer, and the burnt plastic sticks to the hair. The worst part (not to mention the smell of burnt plastic)

I have had it for about 1.5 years. With very moderate use compared to other hair dryers, even of the same brand that I had in the past, it developed a problem very quickly. The resistance overheats, causing it to even puncture the front attachment. I took it for repair and the technician told me that it is clean, therefore the problem lies in the poor quality of the motor. Of course, I will not change the motor since it is not worth it at all as a hair dryer.
