    Update 2. I sent it back and they returned it to me with an upgrade. It worked for one day! On the second day, the screen froze and I can't turn it on. Total disappointment!
    Update 3. Finally, they sent me a new tablet and after using it for a few weeks, I can say that I have no complaints. The first one was probably defective. These things happen! Thank you Skroutz for solving the problem.
