It looks good but I think for an anatomical mattress it is a bit hard. I got it for a person with disabilities who spends many hours in bed following a doctor's advice (anatomical) and I hope we won't have bad outcomes with bedsores. Time will tell. I put it on today 29/5/2026

Nothing special. Quite high, some king-size sheets may give you trouble if they don't have slack, and may need elastic bands. Honestly, I didn't notice any difference in sleep. I would say it is medium to firm. I don't have much experience with mattresses but I think I could find something better for similar money.
