The Tamagotchi-style electronic game hatches a virtual pet from an egg and lets children feed, entertain, wash and care for it when it gets sick. They also need to clean up after the pet, while regular care lets them watch it grow. The game runs on two 1.5 V batteries, which are included, and has a ring for attaching it to, for example, a belt loop or backpack.
