Jasci & Marchesani D’abruzzo Bio Montepulciano is a dry red wine with a deep ruby color and purple highlights. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, such as cherry and berries, along with notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with high-quality tannins and balancing acidity.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25 °C. The pomace is macerated for at least 15 days, and the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. It can be aged for up to 5 years and pairs well with red meats, grilled meats, pasta with red sauces, pizzas topped with cured meats, and yellow and aged cheeses.
