Capabilities

Professional electric fryer by Karamco with a power of 5kW (2.5+2.5 kW). It can maintain the temperature of hot oil for a longer time compared to gas fryers and is flexible in its placement in the kitchen as it operates with electricity. It has 2 different baskets so you can fry different products or use the baskets alternately to always keep the oil at the right temperature.
