    I just wanted to boost the signal and get a slightly better connection in the room because the phone wasn’t getting a good signal and was slow. So I put it in the center of the house; it’s easy to connect and comes with instructions. I get a comfortable 3 to 4 bars in all areas. But... it keeps freezing on me. The signal drops, it disconnects, and it tells me the network will connect when it’s ready. And I have to disconnect and reconnect... After 1 or 2 minutes the signal is lost again. I changed its position and put it in another spot. The problem remains, so it’s useless to me. I do not recommend it.

    I want to boost a wi-fi switch... from the first measurements, not at the spot, I saw -59db and 345 speed on the router... the Xiaomi had -72 db signal and speed 55... that's it, everything plays around there, forget the 300s they say for 10 and 20€.     - You cannot include certain special characters in the SSID name, such as the dash. It only accepts it if it already exists and someone clones the original SSID, for example cosmote-1a2c3b, so you either keep it or create a new SSID, but it does not allow you to include a dash in the name. You might say it's trivial, but when you already have, for example, cameras connected to a specific SSID and you want to configure it without going (to your family home in the countryside), it becomes a problem.
