Their response regarding the washing machine that had rotting parts was that we are not cleaning it properly, not that they should have installed stainless steel!! IN A WASHING MACHINE! Of course, it was the last time I will shop from you. Fortunately for us and unfortunately for you, there are other serious companies that care for their customers.
