Circular saw for wood cutting with a diameter of 250x30mm and 30 Widia teeth. Made from thermally enhanced carbon steel 50# and YG8 tungsten carbide. Blade hardness is 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees) with GS blade geometry and a 10-degree bevel angle. The saw features a metallic disk with laser-cut for rigidity and reduced stress, ideal for heavy loads and high temperatures.
The sintered HM carbide offers long service life and the ability for repeated sharpening. The geometry and shape of the GS10 plate provide optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. The greater number of teeth at a given diameter ensures smooth surfaces, especially for dry wood.
Recommended for industrial applications with all types of power tools, suitable for cutting both soft and hard wood, as well as other wood-based materials. Maximum rotational speed is 4,500 RPM. Special specifications for better cutting quality include a blade projection of 3/3 the height from the thickness of the material.
