Very bad product.. It pulls, and when you lift the sole, the debris falls back down, when you use the booster the battery lasts only five minutes, after a short period of use it gets hot in the battery area, and emptying it is difficult since the lid opens with a button, but you have to put your hand in to empty it because the debris is stuck around the filter and doesn't come out.
I returned it, it is defective... disappointment, I didn't expect it because the company is supposed to be good and I really wonder about the reviews here.. on the company's site there are negative ones.
REGARDING THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED
Unfortunately, there was neither repair nor replacement of the product!! The excuse from Skroutz regarding the replacement was that the product is no longer available at the same price (I had bought it during a period when its price had dropped, considering the price trend chart). But this is absolutely wrong because it doesn't matter that the price had gone up... Skroutz had an obligation to replace the product!! This is consumer deception!!
Πολύ κακό προϊόν.. Τραβάει και οταν σηκώνεις το πέλμα πέφτουν ξανά τα σκουπιδακια κάτω, οταν κάνεις χρήση του μπουστερ η μπαταρία κρατάει πέντε λεπτά μόνο, μετά από λίγη ώρα χρήσης καίει στην περιοχή της μπαταρίας, και το άδειασμα δύσκολο μιας και ανοίγει με κουμπί το καπάκι, αλλά πρέπει να βάλεις το χέρι σου να τον αδειάσεις γτ τα απορρίμματα είναι κολλημένα περιμετρικά του φίλτρου και δε φεύγουν.
Την επέστρεψα είναι ελαττωματική... απογοήτευση, δε το περίμενα γτ σαν εταιρεία ακούγεται καλή και απορώ πραγματικά με τις κριτικές εδώ.. στο site της εταιρείας έχει αρνητικές.

Δυστυχώς δεν έγινε επισκευή ούτε αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος !! η δικαιολογία της skroutz σε ότι αφορά την αντικατάσταση ήταν ότι πλέον δε διατίθεται το προϊόν στην ίδια τιμή (το είχα αγοράσει σε περίοδο που είχε πέσει η τιμή του λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το διάγραμμα εξέλιξης τιμής ).Αυτό όμως είναι απόλυτα λάθος διότι δεν έχει καμία σημασία ότι είχε ανέβει η τιμή ...η skroutz είχε υποχρέωση να αντικαταστήσει το προϊόν !! είναι παραπλάνηση καταναλωτή !!
So far quite satisfied.
On the normal setting, it satisfactorily absorbs dust (dust, hair, nothing more) by moving the vacuum around relatively slowly, and on the enhanced setting it gives more power doing exactly the same, you just move it a bit faster (it consumes the battery much faster).
It empties and cleans quite easily, there is nothing complicated about it. I use it up to 2 times daily sometimes (especially in the kitchen) and because I have 2 cats!
It's shocking what it collects every time; looking at the floor, I would never believe there was so much dust, etc.

Στην κανονική σκάλα απορροφάει ικανοποιητικά την σκόνη (σκόνη, τρίχες, τίποτα παραπάνω) πηγαίνοντας την σκούπα γύρω γύρω σχετικά αργά και στην ενισχυμένη σκάλα δίνει παραπάνω ένταση κάνοντας ακριβώς το ίδιο, απλώς την κινείς λίγο πιο σύντομα (καταναλώνει την μπαταρία πολύ πιο γρήγορα).
Αδειάζει και καθαρίζει αρκετά εύκολα, δεν έχει τίποτα το πολύπλοκο. Την χρησιμοποιώ μέχρι και 2 φορές καθημερινά κάποιες φορές (ειδικά στην κουζίνα) και λόγω του ότι έχω 2 γάτες!
Είναι σοκαριστικό το τι μαζεύει κάθε φορά, κοιτάζοντας το πάτωμα δεν θα πίστευα ποτέ πως έχει τόση σκόνη κτλ.

be very careful with the boost mode which really lasts 10-15 minutes tops and if you want to clean a 100sqm++ house well then you will have to do it in 2 rounds as the battery won't last. also, without knowing if I am the exception, but it takes a long time to charge.

μεγάλη προσοχή στο boost που οντως κρατάει 10-15 λεπτά tops και αν θες να σκουπίσει καλά ενα σπιτι 100τμ++ τότε θα πρέπει να το κάνεις σε 2 δόσεις καθώς δεν θα φτάσει η μπαταρία. επίσης, χωρίς να ξέρω αν έχω πέσει στην εξαίρεση, αλλά καθυστερεί πολύ στην φόρτιση της.

The vacuum does what it says. It works at low speed locally and is sufficient, while I activate the boost for more demanding tasks knowing that the autonomy is drastically limited. It does not replace the traditional vacuum in any way but comes as a complement for daily sweeping-maintenance. Good build quality and the additional nozzles are practical.

It empties and cleans quite easily, there is nothing complicated about it. I use it up to 2 times daily sometimes (especially in the kitchen) and because I have 2 cats!
It's shocking what it collects every time; looking at the floor, I would never believe there was so much dust, etc.

Στην κανονική σκάλα απορροφάει ικανοποιητικά την σκόνη (σκόνη, τρίχες, τίποτα παραπάνω) πηγαίνοντας την σκούπα γύρω γύρω σχετικά αργά και στην ενισχυμένη σκάλα δίνει παραπάνω ένταση κάνοντας ακριβώς το ίδιο, απλώς την κινείς λίγο πιο σύντομα (καταναλώνει την μπαταρία πολύ πιο γρήγορα).
Αδειάζει και καθαρίζει αρκετά εύκολα, δεν έχει τίποτα το πολύπλοκο. Την χρησιμοποιώ μέχρι και 2 φορές καθημερινά κάποιες φορές (ειδικά στην κουζίνα) και λόγω του ότι έχω 2 γάτες!
Είναι σοκαριστικό το τι μαζεύει κάθε φορά, κοιτάζοντας το πάτωμα δεν θα πίστευα ποτέ πως έχει τόση σκόνη κτλ.
after almost 8-9 months of use:
in short, very good vacuum cleaner with all the attachments etc. (more or less what other users say)
be very careful with the boost mode which really lasts 10-15 minutes tops and if you want to clean a 100sqm++ house well then you will have to do it in 2 rounds as the battery won't last. also, without knowing if I am the exception, but it takes a long time to charge.

με λίγα λόγια πολυ καλή σκούπα με όλα τα εξαρτήματα κλπ. ( πάνω κατω ότι λενε και οι άλλοι χρήστες)
μεγάλη προσοχή στο boost που οντως κρατάει 10-15 λεπτά tops και αν θες να σκουπίσει καλά ενα σπιτι 100τμ++ τότε θα πρέπει να το κάνεις σε 2 δόσεις καθώς δεν θα φτάσει η μπαταρία. επίσης, χωρίς να ξέρω αν έχω πέσει στην εξαίρεση, αλλά καθυστερεί πολύ στην φόρτιση της.

The vacuum does what it says. It works at low speed locally and is sufficient, while I activate the boost for more demanding tasks knowing that the autonomy is drastically limited. It does not replace the traditional vacuum in any way but comes as a complement for daily sweeping-maintenance. Good build quality and the additional nozzles are practical.

Very bad product.. It pulls, and when you lift the sole, the debris falls back down, when you use the booster the battery lasts only five minutes, after a short period of use it gets hot in the battery area, and emptying it is difficult since the lid opens with a button, but you have to put your hand in to empty it because the debris is stuck around the filter and doesn't come out.
I returned it, it is defective... disappointment, I didn't expect it because the company is supposed to be good and I really wonder about the reviews here.. on the company's site there are negative ones.
REGARDING THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED
Unfortunately, there was neither repair nor replacement of the product!! The excuse from Skroutz regarding the replacement was that the product is no longer available at the same price (I had bought it during a period when its price had dropped, considering the price trend chart). But this is absolutely wrong because it doesn't matter that the price had gone up... Skroutz had an obligation to replace the product!! This is consumer deception!!
Πολύ κακό προϊόν.. Τραβάει και οταν σηκώνεις το πέλμα πέφτουν ξανά τα σκουπιδακια κάτω, οταν κάνεις χρήση του μπουστερ η μπαταρία κρατάει πέντε λεπτά μόνο, μετά από λίγη ώρα χρήσης καίει στην περιοχή της μπαταρίας, και το άδειασμα δύσκολο μιας και ανοίγει με κουμπί το καπάκι, αλλά πρέπει να βάλεις το χέρι σου να τον αδειάσεις γτ τα απορρίμματα είναι κολλημένα περιμετρικά του φίλτρου και δε φεύγουν.
Την επέστρεψα είναι ελαττωματική... απογοήτευση, δε το περίμενα γτ σαν εταιρεία ακούγεται καλή και απορώ πραγματικά με τις κριτικές εδώ.. στο site της εταιρείας έχει αρνητικές.
ΣΧΕΤΙΚΑ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΑΠΆΝΤΗΣΉ ΠΟΥ ΈΛΑΒΑ
Δυστυχώς δεν έγινε επισκευή ούτε αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος !! η δικαιολογία της skroutz σε ότι αφορά την αντικατάσταση ήταν ότι πλέον δε διατίθεται το προϊόν στην ίδια τιμή (το είχα αγοράσει σε περίοδο που είχε πέσει η τιμή του λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το διάγραμμα εξέλιξης τιμής ).Αυτό όμως είναι απόλυτα λάθος διότι δεν έχει καμία σημασία ότι είχε ανέβει η τιμή ...η skroutz είχε υποχρέωση να αντικαταστήσει το προϊόν !! είναι παραπλάνηση καταναλωτή !!

On the normal setting, it satisfactorily absorbs dust (dust, hair, nothing more) by moving the vacuum around relatively slowly, and on the enhanced setting it gives more power doing exactly the same, you just move it a bit faster (it consumes the battery much faster).
