The A-LAN shielded patch panel features 48 Category 6 RJ45 ports and labeling fields. It is designed for main and intermediate distribution points in networks affected by electromagnetic interference.

The housing is made of cold-rolled steel sheet with a powder-coated finish. The sockets are made of UL 94 V-0-compliant ABS thermoplastic, while the contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating over a nickel layer. The IDC connector supports the 568A/B wiring sequence and 22–26 AWG conductors.
