The 120 pills are also enough for one month but are cheaper.
If you have no problem swallowing, then go for the 120!

They are small, resulting in the recommended daily dose increasing to 8 capsules!!! I thought they would be large like in the bottle of 120 where the dose is 2 per day, but in reality, they last half the time and are not cost-effective unless you have trouble swallowing the others. Very good fish oil from a reliable company. It is made from anchovies/sardines, which is good. We don't need it to be made from cod liver oil like our parents knew, since the amount of vitamin D it provides is already small. It is preferable to take vitamin D on its own.

It provides 350mg EPA / 250mg DHA per capsule, which are however large. It provides the same amount as others with just one capsule, but it is probably easier to swallow two smaller ones. The price is expensive, like everything in the domestic market.
