The fireplace turbine 550 m³/h is an electric device used in hot air distribution systems. Its purpose is to push air from the fireplace chimney to the rooms we wish to heat. Thanks to the use of the turbine, we can heat objects that, due to their size or the number of rooms, cannot be heated by the traditional - gravitational method.

For ease of use, the turbine is equipped with a thermostat that allows smooth adjustment of the device's activation time. This setting ranges between 25-90°C. The air from the fireplace chamber is supplied to the turbine via cable insulation. When the temperature of this air equals the temperature set by the user, the turbine activates and operates until the temperature exceeds the set thermostat temperature after the fireplace is turned off.

To protect against mechanical damage, the turbine casing is made of galvanized sheet metal. For better protection, the motor compartment is thermally insulated. Additional cooling is provided by an aluminum fan mounted on the motor shaft, while a radial fan is mounted on the other side of the motor shaft. To ensure long-term and uninterrupted operation, the bearings of the shaft base are made of brass, significantly increasing the durability of the construction compared to traditional solutions.

For the proper functioning of the system, the parameters of the device should be selected based on the size of the system and the degree of complexity of the ducts. The correct selection of the turbine will optimize the performance of the chamber and minimize energy consumption in the system.
