Purchased in early July, through "anakyklono", it replaced a 2007 Pitsos of the same height and width, but the Pitsos was slightly (~5cm) shallower.
LG, like other manufacturers, has 100 "different" models.
Practically, the differences are very specific, where they make various combinations in the factory and name them as separate models.
For the same dimensions, they change the exterior (color and material), the compressor (which mainly determines the energy certification), the internal configuration, the materials of the interior, and some "luxuries".
So, this particular one has:
* a "good" stainless steel exterior, which does get fingerprints but they come off very easily, and I don't think it's too noticeable. It doesn't have the chrome accents that the high-end ones have.
* a good compressor, but not the top one that comes with a 20-year warranty.
* the interior is probably the simplest it can be (e.g. no shelf for bottles, no foldable shelves, only one adjustable shelf inside).
* the materials are simple white (or transparent) plastic, but I wouldn't say they are of poor quality, or at least they are not worse than the Pitsos I had. The shelves, I see them holding weight well, like the pots I put inside.
* In terms of electronic features, it's basic, it only has a sound for when the door is open, BUT it also DOES NOT have touch buttons, which I consider a plus. It also has an Eco mode that I haven't explored what it does.
* It doesn't have any luxuries, the freezer compartment is as simple as possible and the plastic for the eggs doesn't even fit the dimensions of the shelves (ridiculous!).
That's how I bought it, considering it to be the LG's value for money, where you get a B compressor and stainless steel, and the rest is simpler.
I can't evaluate the electricity consumption, that will probably be seen with the next bills...
It's nice-looking on the outside. The interior, although it doesn't offer many options for customization, you can only change the two top shelves and the door is so-so (it could have extra slots for the door shelves, it wouldn't hurt), but still, I say it has more space than the previous one. I have also included 2 photos because the hardest part is understanding what fits in a damn refrigerator with real products.
It is generally quiet, occasionally making a light steady sound, probably when it's defrosting (since it's total no frost). It's not something loud or particularly annoying. I imagine it's a bit subjective, but it doesn't bother us.
I would probably like it to have a small screen on the outside showing the temperature inside, for this price.
Overall, at 900 (initial price before the voucher), it is by far the cheapest option in the >= B category, and considering the differences with the other models, it is 100% value for money.
And for the extra, comparing it to the GBB92STABP (which currently starts at 1240 while the model I'm writing about starts at 875), meaning with an additional 350€+, you get:
* inox/chrome accents and shinier inox (subjective)
* slightly better compressor, still B, but LG offers a 20-year warranty, which is a plus
* internally, a metallic back and accents (subjective), 1 foldable shelf (useful) and an adjustable 2nd drawer (probably unnecessary), wine rack (somewhat useful). The egg tray is still cheap, just like the freezer compartment.
* it has WiFi (personally, I find it completely unnecessary), external settings (useful) but with touch buttons (which I don't trust, and if they break, they won't be cheap)
Αγορά αρχές Ιουλίου, μέσω του "ανακυκλώνω", αντικατέστησε ένα Pitsos του 2007 ίδιου ύψους και πλάτους αλλά το Pitsos ήταν λίγο (~5εκ) πιο ρηχό.
H LG, όπως και οι άλλοι κατασκευαστές, έχουν 100 "διαφορετικά" μοντέλα.
Πρακτικά, οι διαφοροποιήσεις είναι πολύ συγκεκριμμένες όπου κάνουν διάφορους συνδυασμούς στο εργοστάσιο και τα βαφτίζουν ξεχωριστά μοντέλα.
Για τις ίδιες διαστάσεις, αλλάζουν το εξωτερικό (χρώμα και υλικό), το συμπιεστή (απο εκει παίρνει, κυρίως, και την ενεργειακή πιστοποίηση, η διαρύθμιση του εσωτερικού, τα υλικά του εσωτερικού, και ηλεκτρονικά καλούδια και κάποιες "πολυτέλειες".
Οπότε το συγκεκριμμένο έχει
* το "καλό" εξωτερικό inox, το οποίο ναι παίρνει δαχτυλιές αλλά φεύγουν πολύ εύκολα, και δεν νομίζω ότι "βγάζουν μάτι". Δεν έχει τις πινελιές με χρώμιο που έχουν τα τοπ.
* καλό συμπιεστή, αλλά όχι τον τοπ που δίνει και 20 χρόνια εγγύηση
* το εσωτερικό είναι μάλλον το πιο απλό που έχει (πχ δεν έχει ράφι για ποτα, δεν έχει αναδιπλούμενα ράφια, έχει μόνο ένα ράφι που ρυθμίζεις τι θα έχει μέσα)
* τα υλικά είναι απλά λευκά (ή διάφανα) πλαστικά αλλά δεν θα έλεγα κακής ποιότητας, ή έστω δεν είναι σε καμμια περίπτωση χειρότερα από το Pitsos που είχα. Τα ράφια δε, μια χαρα τα βλέπω να σηκώνουν βάρος όπως κατσαρόλα που βάζω μέσα
* Στα ηλεκτρονικά καλούδια σπαρτιάτικο, έχει μόνο τον ήχο για αν έχεις πόρτα ανοιχτή ΑΛΛΑ επίσης ΔΕΝ έχει πλήκτρα αφής που το θεωρώ +++. Έχει και ένα Eco mode που δεν έχω ψάξει τι κάνει.
* πολυτέλειες δεν έχει, η παγοθήκη είναι όσο πιο απλή γίνεται και το πλαστικό για τα αυγά δεν είναι καν στις διαστάσεις των ραφιών (έλεος όμως!)
Κάπως έτσι το αγόρασα θεωρώντας ότι είναι το VFM της LG όπου κρατάς συμπιεστή Β και Inox και τα υπόλοιπα είναι πιο απλά.
Δεν μπορώ να αξιολογήσω ρεύμα, αυτό θα φανεί μάλλον με τους επόμενους λογαριασμούς...
Όμορφούλι είναι εξωτερικά. Το εσωτερικό, αν και δεν έχει πολλές επιλογές το τι θα κάνεις, μόνο τα 2 πάνω ράφια μπορείς να αλλάξεις και στην πόρτα είναι έτσι και έτσι (θα μπορούσε πχ να έχει extra θέσεις για τα ράφια της πόρτας, δεν θα χάλαγε ο κόσμος), όμως και πάλι λέω ότι έχει περισσότερο χώρο από το προηγούμενο. Έχω βάλει και 2 φωτογραφίες γιατί το πιο δύσκολο είναι να καταλάβει κανείς τι χωράει σε ένα ρημάδι ψυγείο με αληθινά προιόντα
Είναι γενικά ήσυχο, εννίοτε κάνει ένα ελαφρύ σταθερό ήχο, μάλλον όταν κάνει την αποψυξη του (μιας και είναι total no frost). Δεν είναι κάτι δυνατό ούτε σε συχνότητα ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητική. Λίγο υποκειμενικό φαντάζομαι, αλλά δεν μας ενοχλεί.
Μάλλον θα ήθελα σε αυτά τα χρήματα να έχει μια οθονούλα απο την έξω πλευρά που να δείχνει την θερμοκρασία που έχει μέσα.
Στο δια ταύτα, στα 900 (αρχική τιμή πριν το voucher), είναι με διαφορά ότι φτηνότερο υπάρχει σε >= Β και βλέποντας τις διαφορές με τα άλλα είναι 100% VFM.
Και για το extra, συγκρινοντας το με το GBB92STABP (που αυτή τη στιγμή ξεκινά από 1240 ενώ το μοντέλο που γράφω ξεκινά από 875) δηλαδή με 350€+ παίρνεις
* inox/chrome πινελιές και πιο γυαλιστερό inox (υποκειμενικό)
* ελαφρώς καλύτερο συμπιεστή, πάλι Β είναι αλλά δίνει 20 χρόνια εγγύηση η LG και αυτό είναι +
* εσωτερικά, μεταλλική πλάτη και πινελιές (υποκειμενικό), 1 αναδιπλούμενο ράφι (χρήσιμο) και ρυθμίζομενο 2ο συρτάρι (περιττό μάλλον), σχάρα κρασιών (κάπως χρήσιμο). Η αυγοθήκη είναι πάλι φτηνιάρικη όπως και η παγοθήκη
* έχει WiFi (προσωπικά το βρίσκω τελείως περιττό), από την έξω πλευρά τις ρυθμίσεις (που είναι χρήσιμο) αλλά με πλήκτρα αφής, (που δεν τα εμπιστεύομαι, και αν χαλάσουν σίγουρα δεν θα είναι φτηνά)
