    It is a pillow that, as mentioned in other reviews, does not remain very full/puffy. If you are looking for something like that, it is not for you. I used it during pregnancy, but where I really appreciated it was during breastfeeding, because it is exactly flexible and can be wrapped or folded to take the appropriate shape under the baby and behind the back. In contrast, a borrowed C-shaped pillow that was completely rigid was low and did not really support the arms behind the elbows.
