    I am very excited about this knife set. Very sharp and comfortable to use, although I have had them for a short time so I reserve judgment... However, I am surprised that there is a comment mentioning that they oxidize quickly. They are supposed to be made of stainless steel, which means they never oxidize... Unless the company is lying.
