The first layer refers to the coating of the pan with a non-stick layer, providing all the necessary properties for the final product (in this case, pancakes) not to burn and not to stick to the pan. The second layer is the base of the pan, made from pressure-cast aluminum at very high temperatures to maximize the product's lifespan. The final layer is the surface of the pan, which is made of steel, and starting from the edge of the pan towards the bottom, this layer increases in thickness to create the induction plate.
The pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, with an induction coating of up to 19 cm.

- When heating an empty pan, set the temperature to medium after 2 to 3 minutes.
- You can use metal forks, spoons, and spatulas with care on the coating. The use of knives and mixers on the non-stick surface is prohibited under any circumstances.
- After each use, wash with warm water using a brush and detergent.
- Do not clean the surface with powdered detergents, steel wool, or metal cloths.
