My 14900K used to cope better at lower wattages with an air cooler but the AIO prevents it from rising very high.

In extreme bench 56c with PBO off and 61c with PBO on. In games, it rarely exceeds 68c and 73c on processors with 120W TDP.
I have been using Arctic for years to keep my mind at ease and fans because I like silent builds.
With the Liqueed Freezer III 360, I was truly amazed by the temperatures.
As for the installation, for the first time it may seem a bit tricky since the thick tubes don't help, and it requires a bit of force. So what many say is true.
Always silent because it's Arctic. The pump is quieter than the Liqueed Freezer II.
For those using an ALL IN ONE connection, meaning with one cable, make sure the curve on the fans starts from 40%, meaning 20c or 25c - 40% so that the pump operates at 100% immediately as it should and as Arctic recommends. The fan for the VRM defaults to max RPM.
With the connection of the three cables, you control AIO Fans, Pump, VRM Fan if you have the corresponding headers on the motherboard.
They did this after user requests who wanted control over the Pump. Thus, they also provided control over the VRM fan.
The thickness of the radiator, like the Freezer II, is large but it's for the good.
Check it out before you buy, if it fits in your case.
In the future, the "easy" way of connecting the fans MUST be redesigned, just like LianLi has been doing for years and other companies have started, and finally release an LCD Panel on the pump as a premium version... maybe it's already designed and will be launched at the end of 2025? Perhaps!

Χρόνια χρησιμοποιώ Arctic για να έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο και fans γιατί μου αρέσουν τα αθόρυβα builds.
Με την Liqueed Freezer III 360 έμεινα πραγματικά έκπληκτος στο θέμα θερμοκρασιών.
Όσο αφορά την τοποθέτηση για πρώτη φορά θα σας φανεί λιγάκι ζόρικη μιας και δεν βοηθούν και τα χοντρά tubes και θέλει λιγάκι δύναμη. Ισχύει λοιπόν αυτό που λένε πολλοί.
Αθόρυβη πάντα γιατί είναι Arctic. Το pump πιο ήσυχο από Liqueed Freezer II.
Για αυτούς που χρησιμοποιούν ALL IN ONE σύνδεση δλδ με ένα καλώδιο, φροντίστε το curve στα fans να ξεκινά από το 40% δλδ 20c ή 25c - 40% ώστε το pump να λειτουργεί στο 100% άμεσα όπως δλδ πρέπει και προτείνει και η Arctic. Το fan για τα VRM default παίζει max στροφές.
Με την σύνδεση των τριών καλωδίων ελέγχετε AIO Fans, Pump, VRM Fan αν και εφόσον έχετε και τα αντίστοιχα headers στην μητρική.
Το έκανε αυτό μετά από αιτήματα χρηστών που ήθελαν έλεγχο στο Pump. Έτσι έδωσε και τον έλεγχο στο fan των VRM.
Tο πάχος του ψυγείου όπως και της Freezer II είναι μεγάλο αλλά γίνεται για καλό.
Δείτε το πριν αγοράσετε, αν σας χωράει δλδ στο κουτί σας.
Για το μέλλον θα πρέπει να επανασχεδιαστεί ο "εύκολος" τρόπος σύνδεσης των fans ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ, αυτό που κάνει η LianLi χρόνια και ξεκίνησαν και άλλες εταιρίες και να κυκλοφορήσει επιτέλους για 1η φορά LCD Panel στην αντλία ως premium έκδοση...μήπως είναι ήδη σχεδιασμένο και την πλασάρει στα τέλη του 2025? Ίσως!
Λογικά η νέα γενιά θα αποχαιρετήσει την ονομασία Liqueed Freezer.

I am surprised by the comments regarding the installation.... I installed it with zero difficulty even though I was biased by the comments I read "here and there".... (you center it exactly above the holes of the arms/AM5 socket for me) and you screw it alternately. It helps a lot in time that the fans are pre-installed! The cooler is a beast, so consider this if you already have a case and want to buy it. In terms of noise levels, I was COMPLETELY satisfied! This, of course, is subjective for most gaming system users because a gaming headset is always used, so we are out of place and time (full consciousness)!!
Απορώ με τα σχόλια που αφορούν στην εγκατάσταση.... Την έβαλα με μηδενικό βαθμό δυσκολίας αν και ήμουν προκατειλημμένος με τα σχόλια που διάβασα "δεξιά κ αριστερά".... (κεντράρεις ακριβώς πάνω από τις τρύπες των μπράτσων/AM5 socket για μένα)και βιδώνεις εναλλάξ.Βοηθά πολύ σε χρόνο το ότι έχει προεγκατεστημένους τους ανεμιστήρες!Το ψυγείο είναι θηριάκι οπότε υπολογίστε το σε περίπτωση που έχετε ήδη κουτί και θέλετε να την αγοράσετε.

very good no bs water cooling! the leds support gen2 but they seem a bit bugged to me. i don't know if it's my mobo's fault. put them to run gen1 and they are just fine. as for the cooling. it does what it needs to and more.

I switched to the AM5 platform, from Ryzen 3600 to Ryzen 9 9950X3D. It doesn't even flinch. It needs a bit of work with the curves for the sound, but it's still incredible!
The best AIO on the market right now both in terms of performance and price. It's used in most benchmarks on purpose for this reason and it doesn't make any noise at all. Arctic teaches everyone once again. For those wondering, you can change the fans since the ARGB and PWM cables that go through the tubes function as extensions.
Personally, I have installed Lian-Li UNI FAN SL-INF 120mm and it works perfectly with no drop in performance! (Attention: for installing Lian-Li fans, you shouldn't buy the 3pcs pack from Lian-Li but each fan individually and the controller separately, because otherwise LianLi doesn't give you the Y-cable for PWM and ARGB to connect it to the AIO!)
EDIT: Let me inform you that installation on AM4/AM5 requires some force. Place it on the CPU and align it with the mount screws, and apply enough pressure and screw it in gradually (alternating, a little on one screw then the other), otherwise it comes off on one side when the other is tightened properly!

Εκανα αλλαγή σε πλατφόρμα ΑΜ5, απο Ryzen 3600 σε Ryzen 9 9950X3D. Δεν καταλαβαίνει τίποτα. Θέλει λιγο δουλεια με τα curves για τον ήχο, αλλα είναι ακομα απίστευτη!
Το καλύτερο AIO στην αγορά αυτή τη στιγμη και απο πλευράς performance και από πλευράς χρημάτων. Χρησιμοποιείται στα περισσότερα benchmarks επιτηδες για αυτο το λογο και δεν κανει φασαρία καθόλου. Η Arctic διδασκει για ακομα μια φορά. Για όσους αναρωτιούνται, μπορεις να αλλάξεις τα φανακια καθώς τα καλώδια ARGB και PWM που περνάνε μέσα απο τους σωλήνες λειτουργούν ώς επέκταση.
Προσωπικά έχω βάλει Lian-Li UNI FAN SL-INF 120mm και δουλεύει άψογα με καμία μείωση στην απόδοση! (Προσοχή για τοποθέτηση Lian-Li fans δεν πρέπει να αγοραστεί το 3pcs της lian LI αλλά ένα-ενα το κάθε fan και ξεχωριστά το controller γτ αλλιώς δεν σου δίνει η LianLi το Y-cable σε PWM και ARGB για να το βάλεις στο AIO!)
EDIT: Να ενημερώσω οτι η τοποθέτηση σε AM4/AM5 θέλει τσαμπουκά. Βαλτε τη πανω στο cpu και ευθυγραμμίστε το με τις βίδες του mount, και βάλτε αρκετή δύναμη και βιδώστε σιγά σιγα (με εναλλαγές, μια βίδα λίγο και μετά την άλλη) αλλιώς φεύγει απο τη μία πλευρα οταν βιδώνει καλά η άλλη!
Excellent quality water cooling, keeps the 5800x under 65 degrees with extreme benchmarks. Before, I had the LS720 from Deepcool and honestly, they are not comparable at all; the Arctic is a class above and much cheaper for a 360. (It needs quite a bit of space to fit comfortably, the radiator is 397.5mm long and needs 65.5mm thickness to fit on top, but it fit very comfortably inside the Lian Li Lancool 216.)
Soon I'll be closing in on a year of daily use, now cooling a 9900x, and all I have to say is THAT IT'S A BEAST, keeps the CPU at 83 degrees with 220 watts after 45 minutes of Cinebench, extreme but true.

My 14900K used to cope better at lower wattages with an air cooler but the AIO prevents it from rising very high.

Idle min 25.5c/Ambient 23c.
In extreme bench 56c with PBO off and 61c with PBO on. In games, it rarely exceeds 68c and 73c on processors with 120W TDP.
I have been using Arctic for years to keep my mind at ease and fans because I like silent builds.
With the Liqueed Freezer III 360, I was truly amazed by the temperatures.
As for the installation, for the first time it may seem a bit tricky since the thick tubes don't help, and it requires a bit of force. So what many say is true.
Always silent because it's Arctic. The pump is quieter than the Liqueed Freezer II.
For those using an ALL IN ONE connection, meaning with one cable, make sure the curve on the fans starts from 40%, meaning 20c or 25c - 40% so that the pump operates at 100% immediately as it should and as Arctic recommends. The fan for the VRM defaults to max RPM.
With the connection of the three cables, you control AIO Fans, Pump, VRM Fan if you have the corresponding headers on the motherboard.
They did this after user requests who wanted control over the Pump. Thus, they also provided control over the VRM fan.
The thickness of the radiator, like the Freezer II, is large but it's for the good.
Check it out before you buy, if it fits in your case.
In the future, the "easy" way of connecting the fans MUST be redesigned, just like LianLi has been doing for years and other companies have started, and finally release an LCD Panel on the pump as a premium version... maybe it's already designed and will be launched at the end of 2025? Perhaps!
Logically, the new generation will bid farewell to the name Liqueed Freezer.

Χρόνια χρησιμοποιώ Arctic για να έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο και fans γιατί μου αρέσουν τα αθόρυβα builds.
Με την Liqueed Freezer III 360 έμεινα πραγματικά έκπληκτος στο θέμα θερμοκρασιών.
Όσο αφορά την τοποθέτηση για πρώτη φορά θα σας φανεί λιγάκι ζόρικη μιας και δεν βοηθούν και τα χοντρά tubes και θέλει λιγάκι δύναμη. Ισχύει λοιπόν αυτό που λένε πολλοί.
Αθόρυβη πάντα γιατί είναι Arctic. Το pump πιο ήσυχο από Liqueed Freezer II.
Για αυτούς που χρησιμοποιούν ALL IN ONE σύνδεση δλδ με ένα καλώδιο, φροντίστε το curve στα fans να ξεκινά από το 40% δλδ 20c ή 25c - 40% ώστε το pump να λειτουργεί στο 100% άμεσα όπως δλδ πρέπει και προτείνει και η Arctic. Το fan για τα VRM default παίζει max στροφές.
Με την σύνδεση των τριών καλωδίων ελέγχετε AIO Fans, Pump, VRM Fan αν και εφόσον έχετε και τα αντίστοιχα headers στην μητρική.
Το έκανε αυτό μετά από αιτήματα χρηστών που ήθελαν έλεγχο στο Pump. Έτσι έδωσε και τον έλεγχο στο fan των VRM.
Tο πάχος του ψυγείου όπως και της Freezer II είναι μεγάλο αλλά γίνεται για καλό.
Δείτε το πριν αγοράσετε, αν σας χωράει δλδ στο κουτί σας.
Για το μέλλον θα πρέπει να επανασχεδιαστεί ο "εύκολος" τρόπος σύνδεσης των fans ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ, αυτό που κάνει η LianLi χρόνια και ξεκίνησαν και άλλες εταιρίες και να κυκλοφορήσει επιτέλους για 1η φορά LCD Panel στην αντλία ως premium έκδοση...μήπως είναι ήδη σχεδιασμένο και την πλασάρει στα τέλη του 2025? Ίσως!
Λογικά η νέα γενιά θα αποχαιρετήσει την ονομασία Liqueed Freezer.

I am surprised by the comments regarding the installation.... I installed it with zero difficulty even though I was biased by the comments I read "here and there".... (you center it exactly above the holes of the arms/AM5 socket for me) and you screw it alternately. It helps a lot in time that the fans are pre-installed! The cooler is a beast, so consider this if you already have a case and want to buy it. In terms of noise levels, I was COMPLETELY satisfied! This, of course, is subjective for most gaming system users because a gaming headset is always used, so we are out of place and time (full consciousness)!!
Απορώ με τα σχόλια που αφορούν στην εγκατάσταση.... Την έβαλα με μηδενικό βαθμό δυσκολίας αν και ήμουν προκατειλημμένος με τα σχόλια που διάβασα "δεξιά κ αριστερά".... (κεντράρεις ακριβώς πάνω από τις τρύπες των μπράτσων/AM5 socket για μένα)και βιδώνεις εναλλάξ.Βοηθά πολύ σε χρόνο το ότι έχει προεγκατεστημένους τους ανεμιστήρες!Το ψυγείο είναι θηριάκι οπότε υπολογίστε το σε περίπτωση που έχετε ήδη κουτί και θέλετε να την αγοράσετε.

very good no bs water cooling! the leds support gen2 but they seem a bit bugged to me. i don't know if it's my mobo's fault. put them to run gen1 and they are just fine. as for the cooling. it does what it needs to and more.

I switched to the AM5 platform, from Ryzen 3600 to Ryzen 9 9950X3D. It doesn't even flinch. It needs a bit of work with the curves for the sound, but it's still incredible!
The best AIO on the market right now both in terms of performance and price. It's used in most benchmarks on purpose for this reason and it doesn't make any noise at all. Arctic teaches everyone once again. For those wondering, you can change the fans since the ARGB and PWM cables that go through the tubes function as extensions.
Personally, I have installed Lian-Li UNI FAN SL-INF 120mm and it works perfectly with no drop in performance! (Attention: for installing Lian-Li fans, you shouldn't buy the 3pcs pack from Lian-Li but each fan individually and the controller separately, because otherwise LianLi doesn't give you the Y-cable for PWM and ARGB to connect it to the AIO!)
EDIT: Let me inform you that installation on AM4/AM5 requires some force. Place it on the CPU and align it with the mount screws, and apply enough pressure and screw it in gradually (alternating, a little on one screw then the other), otherwise it comes off on one side when the other is tightened properly!

Εκανα αλλαγή σε πλατφόρμα ΑΜ5, απο Ryzen 3600 σε Ryzen 9 9950X3D. Δεν καταλαβαίνει τίποτα. Θέλει λιγο δουλεια με τα curves για τον ήχο, αλλα είναι ακομα απίστευτη!
Το καλύτερο AIO στην αγορά αυτή τη στιγμη και απο πλευράς performance και από πλευράς χρημάτων. Χρησιμοποιείται στα περισσότερα benchmarks επιτηδες για αυτο το λογο και δεν κανει φασαρία καθόλου. Η Arctic διδασκει για ακομα μια φορά. Για όσους αναρωτιούνται, μπορεις να αλλάξεις τα φανακια καθώς τα καλώδια ARGB και PWM που περνάνε μέσα απο τους σωλήνες λειτουργούν ώς επέκταση.
Προσωπικά έχω βάλει Lian-Li UNI FAN SL-INF 120mm και δουλεύει άψογα με καμία μείωση στην απόδοση! (Προσοχή για τοποθέτηση Lian-Li fans δεν πρέπει να αγοραστεί το 3pcs της lian LI αλλά ένα-ενα το κάθε fan και ξεχωριστά το controller γτ αλλιώς δεν σου δίνει η LianLi το Y-cable σε PWM και ARGB για να το βάλεις στο AIO!)
EDIT: Να ενημερώσω οτι η τοποθέτηση σε AM4/AM5 θέλει τσαμπουκά. Βαλτε τη πανω στο cpu και ευθυγραμμίστε το με τις βίδες του mount, και βάλτε αρκετή δύναμη και βιδώστε σιγά σιγα (με εναλλαγές, μια βίδα λίγο και μετά την άλλη) αλλιώς φεύγει απο τη μία πλευρα οταν βιδώνει καλά η άλλη!
Excellent quality water cooling, keeps the 5800x under 65 degrees with extreme benchmarks. Before, I had the LS720 from Deepcool and honestly, they are not comparable at all; the Arctic is a class above and much cheaper for a 360. (It needs quite a bit of space to fit comfortably, the radiator is 397.5mm long and needs 65.5mm thickness to fit on top, but it fit very comfortably inside the Lian Li Lancool 216.)
Soon I'll be closing in on a year of daily use, now cooling a 9900x, and all I have to say is THAT IT'S A BEAST, keeps the CPU at 83 degrees with 220 watts after 45 minutes of Cinebench, extreme but true.

Σε λίγο κλείνω έναν χρόνο με καθημερινή χρήση, πλέον ψύχει έναν 9900x και το μόνο που έχω να πω είναι ΟΤΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΚΥΛΙ, κρατάει τον cpu στους 83 βαθμούς με 220watt με 45 λεπτά cinebench, ακραίο και όμως αληθινό.
