Electric assistance is provided by the Shimano STEPS DU-E6100, a 36V/250W mid-drive motor with 60 Nm torque. The central placement of the motor offers balanced weight distribution and a natural pedaling feel, while the Shimano STEPS system adjusts the assistance according to the needs of the route.

    It's simply wonderful, beautiful, incredible build quality, at a bargain price (€1,359)...
    I've ridden all over Mount Hymettus, I've done unimaginable routes, this thing doesn't care one bit..
    The idea of electric is a bit misunderstood; it's not a motorcycle and it doesn't take you by itself.
    You still get tired and train just fine, you just have a little help when you need it (58 years old, after all..)

    I would like a little more power on the very steep climbs, but okay..
    I can't wait to go out for a ride!
