Tight Regular Loose
I have no words, amazing shoe, hardness and rebound as they should be. Correct drop, very good support for the foot and personally for me also in the arch. It gives you a feeling that it hugs the sole and provides dynamism in the stride. I believe their sweet spot is at a 4:30-6:00 pace but they also perform well at a 4:00 pace and sprints. Maybe on easy runs below 6:00 they are slightly harder, but the rebound is still there. If you are looking for a cloud-like feeling, it might seem a bit aggressive, but it doesn't demand you to pick up the pace like, for example, a Saucony Speed... Get half a size bigger.
Δεν έχω λόγια, παπουτσάρα, σκληρότητα και επαναφορά όπως πρέπει. Σωστό drop, πολύ καλή στήριξη στο πόδι και προσωπικά για έμενα και στην καμάρα. Σου δίνει μια αίσθηση οτι αγκαλιάζει το πέλμα και παρέχει δυναμικότητα στο πάτημα. Πιστεύω οτι το Sweet spot τους ειναι σε 4:30-6:00 ρύθμο αλλά δεν μασάνε και σε ρυθμό 4:00 και sprints. Ίσως στα Easy runs κάτω απο 6:00 να είναι ελάχιστα πιο σκληρά, αλλά υπάρχει κανονικά η επαναφορά. Εαν ψαχνετε συννεφάκι αίσθηση, μάλλον θα σας φανεί λίγο επιθετικό, αλλά δεν σου ζητάει να ανοίξεις όπως πχ ενα saucony Speed... Πάρτε μισό νούμερο μεγαλύτερο.

3) The only negative for me is that it is a very low shoe.

2) Η σολα ειναι ελαφρως σκληρη για μενα.
3) Το μονο αρνητικο για μενα ειναι οτι ειναι πολυ χαμηλο παπουτσι.
This is my first Hoka that is not true to size. I don't have a wide forefoot but it was so tight there that I had to return them. For the marathon runner I intended them for, it would probably be torture. I will try a size up (42 2/3 -> 43 1/3). Other than that, although I didn't try them on the road, their ride was tightly cushioned with good rebound (suitable for a pace of 5:00" and below). Good mileage.
Είναι το πρώτο μου Hoka που δεν είναι true to size. Δεν έχω πλατύ forefoot αλλά ήταν τόσο σφιχτό εκεί που αναγκάστηκα να τα επιστρέψω. Για τον κλασικό που τα προόριζα θα ήταν μάλλον βασανιστήριο. Θα δοκιμάσω ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο ( 42 2/3 -> 43 1/3). Κατά τα άλλα, αν και δεν τα δοκίμασα στο δρόμο, το πάτημά τους, ήταν σφιχτά απορροφητικό με καλό rebound (κατάλληλο για pace 5:00" και κάτω). Καλά χιλιόμετρα.
I am very satisfied with the shoes, I just ran a marathon and my impressions are only positive. I was surprised that my feet did not hurt towards the end (as happened in previous races) but mainly the fact (even though I had worn them on a long run) is that they give you the feeling that you are not running, resulting in you picking up the pace a bit. (We're talking about 5-7 seconds, nothing crazy) Overall, I am impressed. The only thing I am waiting to see is how long they will last.
Update
I wore them in a 75km race and I dare say they did not tire me! I recommend them even for such distances!
είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τα παπούτσια, μόλις έτρεξα έναν μαραθώνιο και οι εντυπώσεις μου είναι μόνο θετικές.παραξενευτικα που δεν με πόνεσα τα πόδια μου προς το τέλος( οπός συνέβαινε στους προηγούμενους αγώνες ) αλλά κύριος το γεγονός ( αν και τα είχα φορέσει σε ένα long run) σου δίνουν την αίσθηση ότι δεν τρέχεις με αποτέλεσμα να τσιμπήσεις λίγο την ταχύτητα. (μιλάμε για 5-7" όχι κάτι τρελό) Γενικά είμαι εντυπωσιασμένος.Το μόνο που περιμένω να δω είναι πόσο θα αντέξουν

τα φόρεσα σε ένα αγώνα 75χλμ και τολμώ να πω πώς δεν με κούρασαν ! τα συνιστώ ακόμα και για τέτοιες αποστάσεις!
Very comfortable shoe for training, without a midsole plate! It gives you the feeling of a high-paced shoe due to the rocker but you can also do relaxed recovery runs!
Πολύ άνετο παπούτσι για προπονήσεις, χωρίς ενδιάμεση πλάκα στη σόλα! Σου δίνει την αίσθηση για παπούτσι υψηλών ρυθμών λόγο του rocker αλλά μπορείς να κάνεις και χαλαρά recovery runs!
