Aromatic Oil Orchid & Patchouli

The fragrances are used at a rate of 1-3% in lotions, creams, shampoos, balms, etc. In soaps, they are usually used at the following ratios:

• 10ml/kg soap mass in those made using the Melt & Pour method
• 15ml/kg oils in those made using the hot method
• 20ml/kg oils in those made using the cold method

It can be used for burning in an oil burner or electric diffuser. It is also suitable for use in a reed diffuser after dilution in an appropriate solvent for room fragrances.

Top note: floral (orchid, white lily, rose, jasmine), woody (patchouli)

Middle note: orchid, patchouli, slightly citrusy (orange) and fruity undertone

Base note: floral (orchid), woody (patchouli, cedarwood), vanilla, heliotrope, tonka bean
