This thermometer is a product of the Zola® brand, made of stainless steel, specifically designed for use in the kitchen. It is used for accurate measurement of the internal temperature of roasted meat, such as steak.

Note the following instructions for proper use:

  • Avoid exposing the thermometer to open flames or high heat.
  • Insert the thermometer into the meat with the scale facing upwards, ensuring that the glass of the indicator does not touch.
  • Ensure that the thermometer is tightly secured in place so that it does not fall.
  • The maximum temperature that can be measured with this thermometer is 120°C.
