Instructions for Use: Always wash your hands thoroughly before applying the earplugs. Squeeze the earplug between your thumb and forefinger. Roll and compress it cylindrically without creasing it. Pull the ear upwards and outwards and, keeping the earplug compressed, quickly place it from the rounded tip into the ear canal. Hold in the ear for 15-20 seconds until it fully unrolls.

Storage: The earplugs can be reused, provided they are kept clean and in good condition. Use the plastic case to keep the earplugs fresh and dry. Replace your earplugs if they are damaged or dirty and clean them properly.

Caution: Consult a doctor before use if there is a perforation or infection of the eardrum. Do not push too deep into the ear. Store the earplugs in their case, in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
