6PAK Nutrition AAKG Powder Flavored contains L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), taurine and vitamin B6. It is intended for use before and after workouts and helps enhance the muscle “pump”, deliver nutrients to the muscles and support muscle growth.

For each serving, mix 5 g of powder with 150 ml of water. The recommended use is one serving twice daily, before and immediately after a workout, for a daily intake of 10 g. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet, and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
