Strawbar Origin is an eau de vie (a type of clear brandy distilled from fermented fruit juices and not aged) made exclusively from cultivated wild strawberries in Florina. These antioxidant-rich fruits are hand-picked and washed one by one before being double distilled to produce a fine, highly aromatic eau de vie.
Bright, crystal-clear appearance. Intense nose overflowing with pure wild strawberry aromas, followed by elegant aromas of red forest fruits and field flowers. Generous expression on the palate, characterized by soft alcohol, oily body, and velvety finish releasing floral notes. Long elegant strawberry aftertaste. Serve slightly chilled (6-8°C) neat, with ice, or with the addition of any soda or juice you desire (pink grapefruit soda, strawberry soda, lemonade, etc.)
