The device works with the latest systems: Gosund, IFTTT, as well as with voice assistants Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
  • Ease of use: The Gosund Smart Life app also offers scheduling capabilities, so connected bulbs can automatically turn on and off at specific times.

    The connection gave me a bit of trouble; I had to go next to the router to unplug and plug it back in several times and try the update many, many times before it would work. Also, I have a Devolo Magic mesh, which makes the whole trick even more complicated for it to work. I wouldn’t recommend them. Now, if you have a simpler internet system and it works well with connectivity, it is an economical solution. We’ll see how long they last as well, and whether you will lose connectivity or not

    One negative with smart bulbs in general, if the power goes out, they turn on by themselves when the power comes back, so if this happens in the middle of the night, they wake you up haha.

    We have such bulbs on the balconies and within 2 minutes at Christmas, we have Christmas lights!
