The BioFresh Professional drawer gives food an extra boost of freshness for a long shelf life, while its appearance is impressive on its own. Thanks to HydroBreeze, a cold mist covers fruits and vegetables like a protective veil. In combination with a temperature slightly above 0 °C and high humidity, unpackaged fruits and vegetables are preserved without packaging.

BioFresh with HydroBreeze

The cold mist, combined with the temperature in the drawer just above 0 °C, creates additional conditions for longer food preservation. And it offers a visually impressive result. The HydroBreeze activates every 90 minutes for 4 seconds and for 8 seconds when the door is opened.

Fish & Seafood-Safe

In the Fish & Seafood drawers, fish and seafood are stored at the ideal temperature of -2 °C as professionally as in a fish market. Adjust the size of the -2 °C zone as you wish – and store meat and dairy products at the ideal temperature of 0 °C in the remaining area. The activation of the -2 °C zone is indicated by an LED display.

Fruit & Vegetable Crisper

Crisp salad or strawberries: the most delicate foods deserve a special place to stay fresh for longer - the BioFresh drawers. In the Fruit & Vegetable drawer the temperature is almost 0 °C.
