No problem, as long as it's within 14 days. We'll come and pick it up (completely free of charge if you have Skroutz Plus) and refund your money.
Yes, we will carry it up to the floor for you, without any restrictions.
Very easy to break apart due to tension. The spring that pulls the blind back to place is very fragile, so if you try and push it further than a specific amount of lenght it will completely collapse. I suggest you buy at least 3 meters longer than you need to, in order to have some leeway.

Good quality, I give 4 stars because the main boxes that hold the fabric are two pieces that screw together, which slightly affects the aesthetics and sturdiness
Efficient in the shade
Durable, should be more so, in the wind.
Unclear instructions for assembly.
For now, very little usage time, good quality materials.
Very good
Good overall, but in the large size that I got it doesn't withstand even a little wind
