The batteries are indeed cheap, but they don't last at all in a small radio; they lasted a few hours, while other cheap ones last over a day and good batteries last 3-5 days.

For the money, they are fine, but they don't last long! They are not suitable for devices that have demands; for any lights that turn on for a couple of hours a day, they are just fine!
