Stretch the trap to the spot where it will be set up. Tilt the spring 180°, hold it with the help of the tensioner to slide onto the clamp, slightly lift the hinged flap.
On the ground, place the trap 20 cm away from the wall (bait on the wall side).
Raise the traps at least once a day, renew the bait to keep it fresh.
In case of failure, change their position, possibly using different bait. One catch does not mean that the problem is solved (a mouse can hide 20 or more!).
