The water bottle is very beautiful and the quality of the filtered water is very good. Unfortunately, the spout is quite hard to open with your teeth (it also depends on your dentition, of course, but they could have made it much easier). It's not impossible to open it, but it is quite difficult and you start to feel insecure that you might be straining your teeth more than necessary. Using your hands, on the other hand, is not the best in terms of hygiene, especially if you are on public transport or at the gym, etc.

The plastic is good quality and does not negatively affect the taste of the water. It seals quite well and I put it inside my bag without any problem so far

It works normally without any problem but I have a broken lid and when I contacted the import company they told me that it is not available as a spare part and nothing can be done. I did not ask for a replacement but to buy one. I have bought 2. One for my work and the 2nd to have with me. Attention, it is not a thermos, it does not keep temperature.
