    The charcoal grill from Biofan, or even a whole lamb. It is designed with a lid and by closing it you can achieve oven-like cooking. With this technique, we usually cook large pieces of meat, which need a long time to soften and at a low temperature to avoid burning. It features a spit, so your roast can rotate steadily over the coals, resulting in a crispy surface while the inside remains juicy.

    The Kit Includes

    • Lamb grill one-piece with lid
    • 1 lamb skewer with removable handle (one-piece, chrome, solid, 1.75m, φ16mm),
    • 1 kokoretsi skewer with removable handle (one-piece, chrome, 1.7m, 8*8mm)
    • 1 grilling grid (70*43*11cm) which you can use to grill your steaks!
    • 1 professional air-cooled lamb motor – Boss
    • 1 stainless steel sewing needle (Sakorafa)
    • 2 lamb back forks
    • 1 lamb back fork (large)
