Description & Specifications

This embossing mold is ideal for use with a range of edible materials, such as sugar paste, modeling paste, or marzipan. The beautiful swirl design can be used in a wide variety of cake and cookie designs.

You can use both sides of the mold to create either embossed or raised designs.

Instructions for use:

  • Knead the sugar paste or other paste until it reaches the desired pliability.
  • Roll out to an even thickness using a rolling pin with rings or spacers.
  • Select the side of the mold design you want and place it on your sugar paste.
  • While holding a sugar paste smoother, run it quite firmly over the entire surface of the mold.
  • Remove the mold to reveal the design and repeat if necessary.
  • Spray your paste with a gloss spray to enhance the appearance of your decoration.

Mold size: 15 x 30.5cm.
