    The refrigerator broke down after 1.5 years of operation, while from the beginning it did not cool properly. Having paid for Total Support coverage, the only thing I managed was to have a technician come one week after reporting the fault, only to be informed afterward that the second technician would come after yet another week!

    I was forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman in order for the second technician to finally show up earlier. The technician found the cooling compartment like an “iceberg,” performed a manual defrost, and assured me that the appliance would work temporarily until the defrost sensor was replaced. As expected, the refrigerator still has almost no cooling in the fresh-food compartment, while the freezer is also underperforming.

    The height of the mockery: after two consecutive requests for a loaner appliance due to Total Support (and while there are two 20-month-old infants in the house), they call me to go pick up... on my own, a mini bar-type refrigerator from their store!

    Fortunately, all calls are recorded, and I am immediately proceeding with an additional report to the Consumer Ombudsman. Zero product reliability and unacceptable service.
