From the birthplace of Pinot noir, Burgundy, comes one of the most renowned labels of the house Jean Bouchard, produced from grapes of selected vineyards of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) Bourgogne.
Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C, followed by aging in oak barrels for 8-12 months. With a bright ruby color, it will surprise you with how elegant and balanced it is on the palate, with soft tannins and satisfying length.
As a fine red Bordeaux, it displays refined notes of black currant, red fruits such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry, earth, spices, enchanting flowers and possesses exceptional elegance, complexity, and longevity.
