    Purchase 3/2024 Model 50" created a problem with the HDMI port 1, that is, it does not work. I have informed Samsung and I am waiting for the technician to try the remote management to see what happens and maybe fix the issue. Today 1/2025 it is under warranty, I am waiting for the update and will inform. I am back, the entire motherboard was changed, time will tell. But the whole menu has changed, the layout on the screen is completely different.
