A7= μεγαλύτερη οθόνη, καλύτερη ανάλυση οθόνης, καλύτερο ppi, μεγαλύτερη μπαταρία (στα χαρτιά τουλάχιστον, στην πράξη δεν ξέρω), θεωρητικά καλύτερη κάμερα κατά 1MP (Τα MP δεν είναι απόλυτο κριτήριο για ασφαλή συμπεράσματα), καλύτερη μπροστινή κάμερα
Alpha= ταχύτερο στα πάντα.
