I have had mild psoriasis on my scalp almost permanently for many years. Usually, I don't undergo any treatment, but because it had flared up and corticosteroid medications are not for long-term use, I decided to try this specific product - I clarify this because the product states that it is for supplementary care and not exclusive treatment, as I used it. On the positive side, it definitely helps with the dryness of the scalp, the exfoliation of the plaques, and the itching. On the negative side, it is not mentioned randomly that it requires washing in the morning, as it indeed has a very greasy composition that does not absorb and has an unpleasant smell (something that does not apply to pharmaceutical corticosteroid formulations). The hair roots become frustratingly oily, so if you have somewhere to go in the morning, you will definitely need to wash your hair, otherwise, it will look like you haven't washed it for three to four days.

Of course, I give it four stars because the product is honest in terms of how it should be used, and the quantity is fair for its price. It helps with some cost that may not be significant in more serious conditions than mine.
