Tasting characteristics: Core from carefully selected, ripe grapes, cultivated in the Valley of the Muses and sourced from a single variety, 100% organic Roditis. The core of each variety is distilled separately in copper stills, drop by drop, at low temperatures. This method extracts only the noblest aromatic compounds. The heads and tails of the distillate are discarded, leaving only the heart, which is redistilled following the same slow and gentle process. Finally, the separate distillates are blended in different proportions. The goal is to create a tsipouro with balanced taste and consistent quality.
