The Omnigena OMIS 32-60/180 circulation pump is used for circulating hot water in closed and open systems. It has 3 speed levels.
The pumped liquid must be clean, free of solid particles or oils, non-viscous, chemically neutral, and similar to the properties of water (maximum 30% glycol). The Omnigena hot water circulation pump is used to reduce the hot water circulation time. This way, we can use the shower without waiting too long for the hot water to arrive.
The main advantage of using such a pump is that it helps achieve a much higher energy efficiency. By reducing waiting time, energy consumption is also decreased, leading to lower costs. The pump is useful both when using water from a well and when using water from the national water supply network.
The pump quickly replaces the cold water in the pipes with hot water, allowing us to have hot water for showers, baths, or washing dishes much faster. It is quite unpleasant to wait for seconds or even minutes for the hot water to arrive, especially when we are in a hurry. By using the circulation pump, we can eliminate this hassle, which occurs particularly when using direct water heating devices or central heating systems with water heating for domestic use.
- The pump helps increase the efficiency of the boiler, the heating system, or the direct water heating device.
- If the preparation of hot water takes too long, it means that excessive energy is being used and the cold water in the pipes will be wasted.
- In this way, we consume more resources and pay more on utility bills.
The pump will reduce the preparation time of hot water, creating increased comfort and helping to save money.
We will benefit from continuous hot water without waiting times, saving money and resources, all with the help of the hot water circulation pump.
The installation of the pump should be done as follows:
- The pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position.
- Before installing the pump, a sediment filter must be installed to protect the device from contamination.
- The required water flow should be according to the arrow present on the pump casing.
- It must always be installed in a horizontal position. Installing the pump in a different position will cause premature wear of the bearing and the pump.
- The area where the pump will be installed must be covered and free from moisture.
- The pump should be installed in a location that is easily accessible for maintenance and ventilation.
Maintenance and operation:
- The device only requires a check at startup or after a longer downtime (e.g., before the start of the heating season).
- After a long downtime or before the first installation, check that the motor shaft is not blocked.
The complete installation and maintenance process for the pump is described in the manual provided with the device.
The product is manufactured in Poland by Omnigena, one of the largest water pump manufacturers in the Polish market with over 30 years of experience in the field.
