• The Pre-filter captures large dust particles, lint, or pet hair.
• The TRUE HEPA filter with Antibacterial Coating captures microparticles such as dust, dust mites, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses, with a rate of over 99.97% for particles larger than 0.3 microns.
• The antibacterial coating contains antimicrobial agents for air disinfection.
• The Activated Carbon Filter eliminates unpleasant odors (cigarette smoke, food odors, etc.) as well as toxic gases.

It is recommended to replace the 3-in-1 filter every 6 months or whenever you deem it dirty and reducing the device's efficiency.

Warning! It is recommended to change the 3-in-1 filter with Antibacterial Coating when it is loaded with impurities to avoid degrading the device’s performance.

The TRUE HEPA filter should be replaced every 6-12 months or when:

• The filter changes color and becomes gray.
• The device releases a strong odor into the air due to the return of dust and pollutants into the room.
• The released airflow is imbalanced due to accumulation of impurities in certain areas of the filter.
• The airflow is reduced due to particle loading that obstructs airflow.

Warning! The 3-in-1 filter with Antibacterial Coating is delivered sealed in plastic packaging. Unsealing it makes the return of the filter impossible for health reasons, as the filter may be contaminated by airborne factors. In case of returning an unsealed filter, we reserve the right to retain the value of the filter included in the delivered package.
