The saw is made of thermally improved 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees).
Blade geometry GS with a 10-degree tilt angle. A metal disk of suitable thickness, cut with laser, ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces disk stress even when working under heavy loads and high temperatures.
The special sintered HM carbide guarantees a long lifespan of the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening.
The properly selected blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate (alternating bevel) allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain.
A larger number of teeth in a given saw diameter results in smooth surfaces of cut materials, particularly dry wood.
The saws can also be used for longitudinal cutting, but it is recommended to use saws with fewer teeth in a given saw diameter, which will significantly increase the cutting speed of the materials being cut.
