    For me, the best CPAP device. I also have the Resmed Airsense 10 and previously had the Fischer&Paykel. The best thing for me about the Prisma is that it can initially provide higher pressure (ramp) for 5-10 minutes until I calm down and my nose opens up well to breathe better, and then it drops
